IDES data to ECC 6.0

Hi All,

One just simple question, I have the ECC 6.0 IDES version installed in our development server. Another development server is having the regular ECC 6.0 without any data.

Can you please let me know how can I copy the data from ECC 6.0 IDES to ECC 6.0 system.

IDES stands for "International Demonstration and Education System" hence this is not a full SAP system and does not contain the same structure as a ECC system.

It's not possible to do a system copy into ECC or a client copy.

Hi Srikar,

It depends that what kind of data you would like to copy. You can use client import/export method, in order to copy your data from a SAP system into an existing client.

Hi Orkun Gedik . The IDES model cannot be merged into an existing system nor should IDES be merged with other models.

Client transports are not availble. Regards.
