Invoking route redermination when there is a change in freight partner

Hi All,

We have a customer partner type for freight forwarder partner defined and need to invoke route re dermination whenever this partner is changed ( at a item level). Can any one tell me how to achieve this?

HI,

We has similar type of requirement in earlier project.We created z table as below.

Dep zone Dest zone SC TG Route FA

If i change SC then FA will change automatically in order as we maintain combination in table .For ex. If i change SC within 1 day thrn FA will be FEDEX .

hi

maintain the route master with the key combination of service agent and route.

it will pick up the right route based on your forwarding agent partner.

You may also add the route region wise too.

Thanks, but sorry I dint quite follow. I thought route was determined by

Country and departure zone of the shipping point

Shipping condition from the sales order

Transportation group from the material master record

Country and transportation zone of the ship-to party

How can I maintain it by service agent( freight forwarder)?
