Dear ARYENDRA,

In Tcode PFCG you can manage role setting in three main labels,

Menu: when you have the signal on red color that’s main that you don’t have any menu created yet. Depend your needing, you can create role menu.

Authorizations: when you have the signal on red color, that’s main that you don’t have any authorization object created, also, if you created authorization and the signal still on red, it’s very probable that you don’t generate the role.

User: when you have the signal on red color, that’s main that you don’t have any user assigned to the role, or you are assigned a new user but you don’t upgrade the assigned by user comparison.

I hope can help you,

Luis

Someone has inactivated the values for that authorization object. If you want to reactivate it then select the "activate" icon - which is just left of the trash can on the authorization object line.
