Do we have to confgure the CCMS_On_Alert email notification in client 000 to work properly or can it be setup on any client. I thought you could do it anywhere and just mention the Sender id in RZ21 to be from 000..Also in that case does the SCOT and SBWP have to be configured in the 000
Yes, CCMS configuration has to be confirmed in client 000. If you look at the CCMS config guide, you need to do config in client 000 including scheduling jobs in 000. Scot job too. And the users must exists in client 000.
