problem while entering in mb1c

while entering material in mb1c error shows that posting only possible in periods 2002/11 & 2002/10, in company code SAHU

i am explaining about company Code 1000. in ur case follow

goto MMPV

enter the company code from 1000

company code To 1000

period: 12 (start ffrom)

year 2002

press enter then press F8

back

again enter period : 01

year: 2003

press enter then press F8

back repeat process to recent month i.e period 04 year is 2008

This is because the period closing is not done.

You can close the periods thru Tcode MMPV.

You need to close all the periods till the current one.

You will have to close all the periods from 11/2002 till 4/2008 one by one.

Go to MMPV and close the open periods till last month and open this month period only..
