PO errors.....?

hi gurus

Can any body giv som solution for below error ..?

While creating PO i m getting these below errors

"1.No configuration yet maintained for material xxxx

2.Material xxxxx mainly procured internally (please check your input)

3.Configured BOM could not be exploded"

in material tyep u have done configuration settings make sure that u have not made the internal procurement as mandatory

in tcode oms2

and for the first error

it means that this material is a configurable material but u have not maintainde the configuration profile for this amterial in tcode cu41

and u ahev marked thechek box in bd2 view as matr. is configurable

either unmark this or creat the profile and assign the class type 300 there

in the bd2 view u have the field for cross cc configuration profile

it means in the material master u have assigned the procurement key as internal procurement that is in house production

Configured BOM could not be exploded

create the bnom with back dtae then it will explode preferably with last week date

Go to OMS2 & Double click the Mat type

and choose "2" for Ext. Purchase Orders

Check the Attributes of Material Types, (OMS2)

There it self you come to know about the errors.
