Change Colors for integrate ITS - Service

Hello,

I'm using EP 6.0 SP 2.

I've integrate a IAC into EP. When I display the IAC in the portal the design is different from the displaying it direkt from the ITS.

I want to change the background color from #DEf2ED to #FFFFFF. In the ITS Theme generator is no field for changing the background color. Changing the colors in the theme editors BSP sections does not have any effect.

Ideas ?

HI Michael,

I am having exactly the same problem, I am running Business Package components( ESS ) published to ITS using iViews on EP. Do you know what is the correspondent CSS, so I could change it directly on the ITS ?

Hi,

to fix this problem you have to install designer-x.sar

<b>Problem:</b>

we are implemented some transactions from ESS Life and Work Events from

business package 50.4 (ITS based)

when we are generating themes for ITS in EP6 using ITS Theme Generator

(System Administration > Portal Display > Theme Generator), we have an

error message:

"The Internet Transaction Server could not start the

transaction "sap_preview" because of the following error: Transaction

SAP_GENERATE is unknown."

the reason is that this service is not published to ITS and it is

missing.

<b>Solution:</b>

sap_preview and sap_generate services are delivered with the designer-x.

car. File designer-x.car must be installed on one ITS instance.

It provides the services for generating the ITS stylesheets.

Hi,

Are you clicking on the "Generate" button after you make these changes? If there is no effect then you might want to look at the CSS file (d_genterator.css)

Alternatively you can try and change the ITS template on the wgate.

Just suggestions...
