Hi all
I am trying to solve a small issue in my workflow but there is no information about encoding settings for e-mail notyfications for overdue jobs. We are using Microsof Exchange Server that supports encoding like UTF-8, UTF-7, ISO, Windows.
I do not know why but the notify step e-mail comes correct in UTF-8 (i think) but for all outstanding jobs that still have to be picked up i resive the following:
?hlIGZvbGxvd2luZyB3b3JrZmxvdyBzdGVwIGlzIG92ZXJkdWUgYmVjYXVzZSBpdCBoYXMg

and it should be a standard MDM one as below:
The following workflow step is overdue because it has exceeded its expiration timeout:
Assignee: Test User Contract Administrator1; Test User Contract Administrator2; Test user for Quality with all Business roles
Job: 11442
Records: 2
Start time: 03/14/2008 11:27:42
Expiration time: 03/15/2008 11:27:42
Workflow: 3 Data Enrichment: Automatic
Step: Process-Enrich Data Manual
+Description: +
It will be not so easy to work something out in organization I work, therefor I would like to solve it on MDM site.
Did someone had the same issue? If so please advice some good solution.
..... ok I know that this is not an easy topic. But maybe there is someone who knows anything about setting up encoding in notyfications in workflows for MDM or at least what is the standard one?
