shop on behalf of all users

Hi All

Can any one please explain me how to give an access to user to allow shop on behalf of all users.

In requestioner attribute I have given root organization ID, still user is telling that he is unable to shop.

Thanks to all, I have maintained the attribute REQUESTIONER field as root organization ID.

The users for whom other users can shop must be specified as values for the attribute REQUESTER in the organizational structure.

You can only shop on behalf of another colleague using the extended form.
