Link to SAP Document to SAP content server

Hello All,

Could anyone please tell me how to link SAP Document to SAP content server.

Pls describe the procedures

A) to link a document to an SAP object

B) to view the document

Hi Vinay,

regarding your first question I would like to inform you on the DMS WIKI pages. Under the following link you will find all necessary data on customizing for linking objects to document info records:

To view the linked documents from object side is a bit more difficult to describe, because there are different display functionalities depending on the different objects. For example in transation MM03 (materal master - MARA) you will find the linked documents by using the 'Additional Data' button and then going to the tab 'Documents'.

For other objects there could be a special tab (e.g. Additional Data tabs) where you will see all linked documents. Another possibility is that there are special document icons like a small button. However in the context menu there should also be an entry called 'Documents' which will lead you to the linked document info records.
