PDF preview error

I have created a simple print form. When i click on the PDF preview I get the following message.

You cannot save data type into this form. Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for your record. 

Pls Help.

Hi Thanu,

In Adobe 7.0, you can not save a form with data in Print Preview, as the name suggests, it is just used to preview the print output.

But if you deploy the output on ADS and then fill the form and save it, it will work properly. And for creating an Interactive form you should have Readers Right and proper credentials installed on ADS.

Hi Thanu,

If you like your users to be able to save the information they type on the PDF, you need to install & configure the required credentials (Commonly known as "ReaderRights") while setting up the ADS.

But if all you want is a print document, where they have to print it and cannot save it, then that message is by design.
