High CPU usage by QXDARECVR

Hi,

we use SAP R3 ECC 6.0 on AS400 and we install one application server (dialog) on windows

under wrksysact we found QXDARECVR job usage very high cpu.

how to resolve this?

Hi,

check the PTF level on iSeries.

contact IBM support for latest PTF.

check following SAP Note

Note 450351 - iSeries: Perf-problems on 3-tier or Virtual Host systems

Note 484548 - iSeries: 3 tier system installation

Hi Ajay,

in general this can be normal as well .... it is the DB shadow job => it can be, that this one needs a lot of CPU depending of the running application on windows ...

If this is often the case, it needs to be investigated in detail, when the PTFs are current.
