hi every body
i have one issue in sap sd we creating sales order in (va01) then go to delivery (vl01n) there we change the order quantity system accepted to more than order quantity.and delivery billing happened changed order quantity how is possible. any solution is there
In the Delivery Item Category , you can control it by putting the appropriate value in "*Check over delivery" field. If you put the value "over delivery not allowed and rejected with an error message*", then if you will try to deliver more than the order quantity, system will give an error message.
I hope your querry is answered.

Dear Murali,
This is possible due to tolerance ie OverDelivery or UnderDelivery, based on Delivery Item Category.

Dear Murali,
It is possible through copy control and also we can control through copy control.
Go to VTLA transaction go to item level copy control there is field called Pos./neg. quantity
If you want to control Put '+' or '-'
If you don't want control leave it as blank
I hope it will help you,
Regards,
Murali.
