One time customer

Hi,

One time customer do not have partner functions tab (no SP, BP, PY, SH) active.... then how can we place a order with him...when iam trying to create an order the system is getting terminated with short dump..

Can you please be more elaborate on it....... even a clear document is also appreciated....

Hi Bageerath Chery,

You have to create a cash sale order for a one time customer ( Not a standard order). The order type is CS.

This order type will assume all the parter functions are same and are same as your sold-to-party.

Thanks for the response... can you give me the overview of creation of one time customer and processing the sales cycle along with him...

This would be great pleasure from you...

Along with this... as per you suggestion I have used the CS order type (cash sales) still system is going to short dump... any reason...

Hi,

After some research I found out many things about one time customer....

1) Account groups are CPD (Int No Assignment) and CPDA (Ext. No. Assignment).

2) These account groups do not have partner functions tab active...

3) One time customer can place an order with any order type not just only with CS.
