i have error while creating product cost collector..NO BUSINESS AREA ASSIGN TO MATERIAL..

Business area is combination of Plant,Material and sales Division.Enter Sales division in Basic Data 1 view.

Hi Sunil,

check this,

1.No Business Area Exists for the material,while creating a product cost collector.Because of

division assigned in the Basic View.

The corrective action for this material is in T code OMJ7 – Allocate Plant/Valuation Area ---

Division --- Business Area.

Hi,

You have to assign DIVISION in MATERIAL MASTER view while creating material.this division having numerical value. Ex. chemical--12. goto mm02 & mainten division.
