No "F4" in BPM

since upgrade to SP 14 I don't get Value Help when I like to built up a BPM.

Is this a known error?

Make sure you have all the latest patches for SP14 installed on your system.

Here is the note in english...

Symptom

You run XI 3.0 SP 14, patch level 0.

Upon changes in the Business process expression editor your Integration Builder UI hangs. The UI is displaying no error messages.

Reason and Prerequisites

Software error.

Solution

Enable the Java WebStart log. In the Java WebStart Application Manager, go to menu item 'File\Preferences' and click on the 'Advanced' tab. Mark option 'Show Java Console'.

Start Integration Builder Repository. In process editor, reproduce the issue, e.g. by clicking on the property 'Message' of a receive step.

Check the Java WebStart log. It should now contain an entry 'java.lang.AbstractMethodError'.

The error is corrected with patch 1 for Support Package 14 of the XI TOOLS 3.0 software component.

Import the relevant SAPXITOOL14P_1.SCA archive for SAP Exchange Infrastructure XI 3.0 as described in the Netweaver 04 Support Package stack guide.

The archive and the guide are located on the SAP Service Marketplace under the "SP stacks -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP NetWeaver 04" alias.
