sxi_cache auto refresh - tough one!

Gurus,

We have configured 1 SLD for our DEV and QA environments. The cache refreshes in DEV are working fine automatically, in QA we are getting:

"LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM - NO_BUSINESS_SYSTEM"

in SXI_CACHE after a change is activated in IR or ID.

All RFC's (LCR and SLD) are configured and working.

The HMI RFC is configured and working.

RZ70 registers our QA with the SLD fine.

SLDCHECK works fine and even says that the GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM program runs successfully.

We can manually go to SXI_CACHE and do a delta refresh without problems either (get the green light)...but it is the automatic refresh that is not working!

Any ideas?

try executing.

SAI_CACHE_REFRESH

And once that completes..try scheduling ur automatic...sxi_cache

also check user priveleges for user who does manual sxi_cache and for user who does background..........

why do you need to run this program......this must run automatically........without being scheduled when any change is made in ir/id.

Thanks Ravi,

I ran the program successfully...but really do not want to schedule a job for this...sxi_cache should refresh automatically as per the post installation document and configuration for PI.

Any other ideas?
