integartion CRM with MDM

Hi All,

I will get data like this

CRM----> MDM----->R/3

what will be middleware between CRM and MDM ? CRM will send the data in BDOC format which is similar to IDOC . Do we need to use XI in this case ?What will be the standard BDOC for Business partners master data?

Hi,

As MDM does n't understand the format send by CRM system, we need to have middleware to convert to format expected by MDM so XI has to be used in this case.

We can use other middleware tools also but as they are Non-SAP tools, there would be configuration problems so it is better to use XI as it is from SAP.
