Hi Ppl,
The user is getting a "Page cannot be displayed" error, every time he tries to access it. No one else seems to have this same issue .
Could you please tell me what could be the problem here?

Hi,
Please check weather the Concerned User have following Role.
"/CCM/CATALOG_SEARCH"
or
"/CCM/CATALOG_MANAGER" for Managing Catalog.

Hi,
When the user logs into ORBITtool & tries to order through a particular catlaog,he's getting that error.He's able to access the other catalogs just fine.
It's a CCM catalog, & when the user clicks the particular link he gets a " Page cannot be displayed error".

Hi,
Give the CSE URL to this user. If the error stills means that because his internet configuration (firewalls, Proxys, LAN settings and so on) he cannot acces to thie URL. If not, you will know that is a problema system.
In my experience this error has been always caused by the internet configuration

What is your catalog ? Requisite or CCM or SRM-MDM Catalog or other ?
What is the URL that application try to open ?
