Work Flow issue

Hi SRM/Work Flow Gurus,

There is an issue related to workflow, i have customized SRM5.0 along with all WF settings.

When i check the Shopping Cart(SC) it shows the approver but when i order the SC it is not displaying any approver in approval preview.Plz help me to solve the issue

Hi,

Please Check weather Workflow is triggered or not in Event Trace Tcode "SWEL"

Are you using N-step workflow Badi for which you might have implimented "BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI"

Please check what are the agents Badi is returning when you are ordering shopping Cart.

Here i'm not using any Badi, its a single step approval workflow for SC.

In BBP_PD for SC

Under the heading "workflow item"

check whether WF item has been generated for yr SC

and it has submitted for WS10000129(single step SC approval)

also

below that

in "agent" and "user" check whether your desired manager user ID is populated or not?

If this is present in your case

you will have to check WF with workflow checking TXNs
