PA41 Not Working ... Urgent

Hi To All

we have a Emp(Eid 121212)

Per Area : 1234

Per SubArea : ABGB,CDGB

he hired on 01.01.06 (using Hiring Action)

he got the

promotion 01.01.07 Per Area:1234 and P.S.A :ABGB (Using PRomotion Action)

we vopy that record we changed 01.01.08 p.area 2714 p.s.a:HBGB

So We have 2 Actions and 3 Org Assignments .

If I Want to change the P.A and P.S.A like 1234 ABgbhow can i do .... i have already Run PA41 its not working....HOW SHOULD I DO.

I think u r use NEW ACTION - TRANSFER

its not possiable...we have change the records for thousand and also i dont have to perform any action+
