Template does not exist dump in integrated ITS

Hi Experts,

I am getting the dump "Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist. " when I tried to run the PZ11 ESS in integrated ITS.

Hi Soumya,

Is it only failing with one service or all services?

What is the URL it is attempting to hit?

Did you activate all necessary ITS Services, for troubleshooting I would activate <From SICF> /sap/

Then choose to "Activate all" in the pop-up box. Then test your Integrated ITS service.

Hi,

Do you execute this from SICF /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/pz11? Did you activate all the required mime objects ?

Have you tried running the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.

In t_code SE80 --> Utilities --> Settings --> Internet Transaction server tab , do you have the correct settings ?

Hi Ronald,

Even I am facing the same issue , I publish all the services and set the PARAMETERS too including ~theme to 99 ~generatedynpro to 1.

I am still facing the issue , is it issue with MIMES and how to check the MIMES whether they are in place for the service or not.

Hi,

I have already set that. Still not working.

Below is the dump ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND

The ITS service "pz11" failed since not template could be found for the screen with the number 1000 in the program "SAPLHRESSXX_REP".

If I give ~GENERATEDYNPRO as 1 I am getting another dump:

ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION
