How to defalut the settings of Std text key in activity description

Hi to all,

I have maintained Activity description and No in Std text key of Internal activity to ensure that description of activity should appear in the screen by using CA10

But, if i entered, for Examp 10 = drawing, it is not appearing the activity description.

Please advise how we can defalut the settings so that, user can goto std text key n select the activity. This is required to get KPI report.

solved using maintanance of Ztables/field wrt to Project profile.

Hi,

Hope I have understood your question correctly.

When you enter standard text key, the system asks whether to replace the activity description with the text key description. If you select 'yes', standard text replaces the activity description.
