What is best way to do it among following options :

1. Working on Access Seq of Text Determination

2. Actions.

both can be used,if you are not comfortable with actions then go on with access sequence

in addition to what i said in above post

by using actions using the method_call method ,the action can be extended for further use ,so that if the requirement changes like you just do not want to create follow up transaction with text rescripted then action is much better option ,since it is a genuine tool to create follow up transaction with the same contecnt as was in original transaction.

the access sequence has pretty limited use.
