unable to connect for OSS

hi guys,

i got this error when tying to test on RFC connection to SAPOSS. i need OSS guys to remote login to my SAP, it works fine previously but however they start to unable to login to my SAP recently. can any one please help me. thanks

Please check the saprouter firt, make sure it's running and routtab file is having correct entry's.

Hello ben,

Please start transaction SMGW and check the gateway trace, its possible that your SAPROUTER is down and/or your SAPROUTTAB has been modified to cause the connection attempt being denied.

To check the gateway trace follow this link:

The gateway trace should tell you what the error is.
