What are all the documents printed out in Delivery operation?

Functionality of Delivery Operation are as under:

1. Create Delivery (With reference to sales order (LF-Delivery Type) or without reference to sales order (LO-Delivery Type)) - Mandatory

2. Picking - Optional

3. Packing - Optional

4. PGI (Post Goods Issue) - Mandatory.

Hi Manoja,

This is more of a business requirement, it can be printed anywhere

say after creation of sales order you can print the sales order or after delivery creation you can print Delivery or after billing you can print all three billing sales order and delivery.

It is dependent on business requirement.

Hope i addressed what you were looking for else please post with little more clarification

a) The major functions which use condition techniques are

1) Pricing

2) Output Determination

3) partner Determination

4) Text determination

Cant recall anymore would post as i recall

b) Major functions of Delivery Operation are as under:

1. Have a reference document indicating the material the amount and the concerned party to be delivered. It is generally with reference to the sales order

2) It gives the schedule details as to when the material will be available (Schedule lines tab in delivery doc).

2. Picking - If the material is relevant for picking.This is more imp for warehouse where we have bins for material we need to decide where to pick the material from.

4. PGI (Post Goods Issue) - Issue the material
