diff line type for header , main area and footer.

Hi,

i am created one table.

the header and main area and footer should be diff line type.

i created 3 types of line type.

for footer no need of boundary lines. but when ever i am changing any thing in one line type, its reflected in other line types.

can any body help me.

i want to change individual linetype .

so how can i select a individual line type and also what is the use of main grid , align grid and ruler in table field.

hi,

try to apply the outer frame, inner fram, left,right,upper,lower frame by selecting each linetype individually. if you try to use select patter-> grid... it will apply to the all line types.... try to apply frames individually...

Hi Sreenivasa,

i did like this what you told . i selected 1 line type and assaign one pattern for it. but all the line type are getting in that pattern.

i want my main area shold have 5 col with borders and footer without border , just the value.

but in footer also i am getting the col borders.

Hi,

table--> table --> click on pencil icon (draw lines and colums)..... now u can select the individual line type or columns

press control button on keyboard and click on desired line type or column-->and apply the frames as per your need....
