Hi.
Can an approver put remarks during approval without restarting the workflow?
Sriparna.
Hello,
I think in SRM 6.0 there is a facility to hold approval item wise.
With that this should be possible

When approver opens the details of SC there is a bitton for "Add note"
there approver can put remarks.
If he wants to put remarks but not submit the SC for further process
he needs to put his approval on hold
or if he OK with the further process he/she can just approve/reject the SC
both the cases his remarks will be saved in SC approval

Hi,
As Dinesh has explained, the approver can add his commnets while approval of SC by clicking on the button "ADD NOTE".Then he can enter the reason(this is particularly useful in cases of rejection where the approver can state the reason for rejection) for rejection or any additional remarks.
