Routine creation in VOFM .

Hi Friends,

I have created a new condition type which has to calculate 1% on the condition value of another condition A if an item level setting in the document is a certain value. If item level setting is a different value then 1% calculation should happen on conditon value of another condition B .

I am trying to create a routine in VOFM. Shall I go ahead with Conditon value ( cal.type) or condition base value ?
