quantity contract

dear all,

While working with quantity contract i am getting some doubts.I created a master contract and qunantity contract.I gave reference mondatory G for OR.I created a quantity contract for a material with10 quantity.I created a sales order with reference to quantity contract.In sales order the material with quantity 10 automaticlly appeared and i saved the order.Again i tried to create an order with reference to same quantity contract a Message is coming that"The reference has already been completely copied or rejected."

Again i created a quantity contract with 20 quantity.at sales order i changed the quntity to 40 a message is coming that

" Target reference:20 (Total referenced:40).I tried to save the order and it was saved.

My doubt is ,even though i gave quantity contract for 20 quantity contract why the order was being saved for 40 quantity?pls, let me know.

hi

maintain the copy control

goto VTAA

from NMS to OR

at item category level select the option UPDATE DOCUMENT FLOW.(KMN)
