hi everyone

we are using ECC 6.0, win 2003, oracle 10g.

what is document management server?

how to connect to market place from sap through level,what are the parameters to be changed?

how to set up a icon on usert desktop's so that by clicking on that they should be able to connect to marketplace directly.the logon details have to be encrypted.

what are the ports required to be used?

Hai,

TDMS: The SAP Test Data Migration Server (TDMS) is used for creating and refreshing non-production systems (particularly test systems) with a reduced, but still consistent dataset.

Connecting to Market place from SAP needs a router in your side which enables you to connect to the external router of the SAP Market place. To configure this you have Install SAP router in any of you systems in Landscape, you can get the details regarding SAP Router in SAP Market place.

When you try to login into service.sap.com at the right hand corner you can see the tab 'QUESTIONS REGARDING LOGON', under that you will see 'Benefit from Single sign on', you can configure this by providing your Suser id and Password and save the credentials in your browser, whenever you try to login it automatically gets the login credentials from your Digital certificate and logs you in with some clicks. But I dont know how to do the way you asked. Normally people use the above said way.
