LOCAL (DESKTOP) Print issue

Hello Champions,

I have a printer issue, after creation of PO approval it sends confirmation through EDI,FAX, SAP Defined printers are working fine, but my problem is if I assign to a LOCAL (Desktop) Printer after PO approval it was not printing. Will anyone guide me the reason / solution so that I will start working in that direction.

Hi,

The printer configuration for the Sap r/3 system is not done.

So please make the configuration then it will come.

HI,

Format or allignment of

printing varies from printer to printer

for any charater/variable if it doesn't have any space it will not display the ouput.

please check the paragraph format for the past forms style which are printing correctly give the same paragraph formats here also.
