delivery tolerence

hi,

over dlivery and under delivery tolerance are not working for certain customer evenif they are maintained in the customer master

what acne the reason

hi,

it will work in delivery. but you have to activate 'Check Over Delivery' field in delivery item category functionalities. it controls how the system reacts if the delivery qty exceeds the actual delivery qty.

here we have three options.

Blank - Not relevent

A - note about the sistuation ( warning message)

B - Dismiss the situation with error message

You can specify Over delivery and under delivery tolerence either for Customer/material info record or Customer master record. you can also specify manually at sales document header.

Hi

Apart from maintaining the values in the CMR..you have to configure the system's reaction to that over delivery - either warning or error message.

You can configure this in the DELIVERY ITEM CATEGORY.
