Hi all,
I have one complex scenario I have 2 system one sandbox which is out of landscape and it have some configuration in one of its client (100)
I want only the data of a production(other system) client(100) to be copied to 100 client of Sandbox, is at database level can I do some restoration backup and restore (my Database is Oracle database) without doing client copy to achieve my task as i dont want customization of sandbox to be removed
Any help will be much appreciated
Thanks
Hello,
You do not have any such profile in client copy to do this, also a DATABASE restore will destroy your sandbox.
However if you have all your customizing settings of sandbox client 100 captured in transport requests, then you may be able to achieve this.
What you can do is :
1. Do a production database restore to a different server.
2. copy over transports from sandbox to the new server and import them into the new server.
