In Which transaction will have to Update RG1 Register...

I mean ..Deliveyr /PGI...

RGI Register can only be updated after creation of Excise Invoice. Excise Register is updated using T.Code: J1I5. In J1I5, enter Company Code, Plant, Excise Group, Posting Perion & so on...

Ensure to select ROH / RMA to make an inward entry in RG1 Register, followed by the relevant from 'I' series for outward entry from the RGI register, else it will not reflect for outward purpose.

Dear all,

In RG1 Register will update the Finished products.

Once the goods comes to FG stores..will have to update this register......

But based on yours comments....once the goods goes out of the Plant...

please correct me .....

RG1 register is updated in transaction code J1i 5.

It is updated for the finish goods whenever they are coming in the plant and are leaving outside the plant. Once the register is updated it is extracted by transaction code J2I5.

In both the cases (delivery / PGI), RG1 will not get updated. Only when you do excise invoice for the respective delivery, it will get updated.
