when we creating journal use this command

Error: Not Authorized to use library R3BWDJRN

Hi,

check the authorization for LIB R3BWDJRN or change it using following

login with qsecofr

CHGLIB

library -> R3BWDJRN press enter

now press F10

under additional parameters following should be

Create authority . . . . . . . . *EXCLUDE

Create object auditing . . . . . *EXCLUDE

also check Note 828354 - iSeries: Set up journal logging manually

WRKOBJ OBJ(R3SIDJRN) i.e SID = your sap sid

press enter

5=Display authority

following must be match

User Group Authority

*PUBLIC *EXCLUDE

SIDOWNER *ALL
