The first pre-requisite for scrap sales is that you should have a seperate pricing procedure for that in which you need to define a condition type for TCS. Of course TCS (1% and 2% towards Ed.Cess on TCS) will not be applicable if you sell the scrap within inter plant but should be charged for other customers.
The next stage is that Create the scrap with some material code in MM01 and maintain the item catagory TAX and schedule line category CX. Of course you need to create a seperate document type for scrap sales.
Now create scrap sale order for the quantity available, do delivery and invoice.
