- Run transaction SICF
- enter in field service: dswp_sd_self_diagnosis
- start search
- navigate to entry in tree
- choose from Context Menu Activate
Furthermore, I would recommend that you go to Configuration.
Transaction SPRO, and drill down the tree of Solution Manager.
Perform the steps for Basis Settings, you will also find there the activity to activate all relevant services by executing a report.

Hi Selvan,
You need to activate
service dswp_sd_self_diagnosis
with transaction SICF.
Probably, further services have not been yet activated in your SAP Solution Manager.
Go to the IMG (transaction SPRO) and search for the corresponding IMG activity under Basic Settings (Area Solution Manager System).
Regards,
Ruediger
