Vendor replication from SRM to R/3

Hi,

We all know that we commonly do vendor replication from Backend systems to SRM via various Transactions and reports...

We have a scenario where we need to replicate vendors from SRM to backend R/3 system? i would like to know if this is possible and if it is, how can this be achieved?

Your inputs and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello ,

You may have to create a custom program. You can use the function module ALE_IDOCS_CREATE (which is a replacement for master IDOC distrubute), to create IDOC's and distribute it to your R/3 backend. the IDOC can be a CREMAS IDOC. the IDOC can be processed int he backend to create vendors.

I'm afraid and I don't there is a straight forward solution to this. But you can create a custom program and use the BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE. Besides that to get the details you can make use of FM BBP_VENDOR_GETDETAIL.
