How to calculate wages for hourly paid employee

In the case of my client there are two types of employees

1. salaried those get salary on monthly basis

2. Employees ( Worker), those get wages on calculation of days they attended the Factory in other words there off days are unpaid in salary calculation. Please suggest the probabble settings to map this scenario so that their wages are calculated on the basis of day they work ( 26 days a month).

We are following the negative time management as time recording machine is not compatible for SAP.

Hi ... Hope doing well .... In ur case u need to config the payroll part saperatly for both salaried and Hourly wage employes
