hi friend ,
you can have multiple pricing procedure .
pricing procedure is assigned to the combination of sales area , customer pricing procedure and document pricing procedure.
hence if you have multiple distribution channel like direct sales , retails etc or division or sales organisation , you can form multiple combination of sales area from them .
To each combination of sales area , cust P P , Document P P you can assign different pricing procedure .
But it is recomended to have minimum pricing procedure for the sake of simplicity .
Reward If it helps
Regards ,
Aditya.

Dear Lucky,
You can have multiple pricing procedure. It is always recommended to have minimum pricing procedures. Currently i m handling live implementation at client in which same scenareos are there.
If you have multiple division like Domestic sales, Export sales, Scrap sales, Govt. sales, u can make pricing procedure on d basis of division. U can make saperate pricing procedure for ur each division or u can combine all in one pricing procedure. We have done in one pricing procedure an dit is working fine.

Pricing Procedure can be determined (T Code - OVKK)
sales orgD.chDivCust.pri.proDoc.pri.pro--> Pric.proc
Reward points if helpfull and close the thread.

Hi Lucky,
Pricing Procedure can be determined
sales orgD.chDivCust.pri.proDoc.pri.pro--> Pric.proc
We can differentiate the Pri.pro based on the above elements.The t.code for this is OVKK.
For eg. Domestic sales---differentiator can be sales org
If u want to have multiple pri.pro's for diff.customers , then Cust.pri.pro element can be a differentiator.
Moreover the no. of Pri.pro's depends on the client's requirements & the various sales scenarios, it is dealing with.
Hope u find this answer useful.
Best wishes
