Hi Friends,
Can some one help me out in knowing why there is a need to apply two separate licenses (j2ee engine license and portal license) for EP 6 SP 3 and only one license(j2ee license) for EP 6 SP9?

As of SAP Netweaver 04 EP does not nead a seprate license. Why EP6 SP9 , because As of EP6 SP 9 it is part of Netweaver 04 .
