Can someone let me know, i have a variance of 1 million dollar when i am trying to settle the process order.

The order was supposed to be issued by 31st of march and the order was issued at 1st of april and therfore the entry was reversed and backdated but still it gives an variance of 1 million.

What are the costs that are so far charged to the order? May be the rates for labor or material or overheads are different in the past date. When was the cost estimate for the product released last?
