Bid Response : Interface data contains errors

Hi Gurus

We have created a bid invitation ,the worflow is set on Without Approval . We are trying to create a bid response , after maintaining the bid , we select check and get the error " Interface data contains errors"

Does anyone know how to go about resolving this

Hi,

Have you implemented any BADI in your system?If yes,please check whether it is properly activated or not.The error log is due to the improper implementation of some badi.

for the time-being,

Try de-activating all the custom BADI Implementations and chek, what is happening, in the standard SRM system.

Hello there thanks , for your response ...we have deactivated the BADI's and still getting the same errors

Hi,

Which BADI's have you implemented??Mostly the badi's BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI and BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI influence this behaviour.But for time being just deactivate all the BADi;s implemented for BID/Bid invitation screen and then test again.

Hi,

The badi that is activated is the SAP standard one, should i create the Z one to deactivate the Standard BADI. Please advice on the procedure to follow.

Hi,

Ima talking abt the Custom implementations for the BAdi's i.e. the Z implementations.If you have any Z implementations active,decativate those thru trascn SE19.Also which std Badi is active in your system??
