Hi,

I m creating Comp off in Time Management.

I have created the below once.

1. created the one absence

2. Created the one counting rule.

3. assigned the couting rule

4. Created the one absence quota and T559L in table, base entitlement you have to select the day balance and assign the one time type.(if u need your own time type , you can create one time type and assign the ur own time type to day balance)

5. in selection rules , selected the accural entitilement tab and select the no prorata calculation.

6. And change the standard pcr TR10. in TR10 where i have to change pls let me know.

1. Make sure ur attendance hours are getting stored in ur time type...

2. Check if the quota is getting updated with the num of hours stored in the time type...

if any of the two above things didnt happen, pls revert back

Rev can u tell wht u r going to do in Comp Off, whether interms of monetory, addign quota ..... Pls explain ur comp off process

Comp Off is applicable for all salaried employees.

It's given to the employees based on management discretion

Once it's given, it has a validity of 30 days, after which it expires.

Revathi.... if u want to comp off as remuneration us can use IT0416 else thro the value in ZL in TIM. Comp off interms of Quota write a rule with the valildity period......

Hope Revathi, in the business for eg,. after completing one yr out of 18, 10 shld be carry forward and remaining shld be encashe or at the time of leaving... Like this there are many comp off one more ex if an ee works on saturday (Off) he is eligible to take one day comp off with in a time span or for tht day may encash. Like this wht is ur req for comp off. Just send ur req will help out definelty, since its being confidential, check the b card and send it. Hope u understood wht i meant.

Thank you very much santhosh.

Here no encashment for all leaves.

Only PL's will be encashed. Here clent requirement is if one employee works on Sunday. This day will be consider to take leave on that month only. Other wise it lapse. Pls let me know on this.

Hi Revathi,

This is the logic to accure comp off working on weekly off say sunday.

9999 is customer defined time type. This pcr check whether he worked for atleast 4 hrs. If he worked for more than 4 hrs, then 1 comp off gets credited. This 9999 time type has to be attached to the comp off absence quota as day balance.

You need to enter the Time Type you are using.
