Here i have done ECC 6.0 Installation. Now i need to configure a strategic back-up. That is i need to take up the back-up in a daily basis and removing the data from the server after the back-up has been done.. Can anyone provide me step-by step how to work on this.Thanks in advance.

Which backup you are planning online or offline? Also wether the backup will be on filesystem or tape. What is the backup stratergy?

As a real SAP guru, you are supposed to guess the system context and give steps by steps detailed instructions !

I nearly forgot : and as soon as possible because the need is, of course, urgent...

What do you mean with "removing data after backup"?

What is your database? Did you check on help.sap.com for information?
