Hi All,

small doubt in pricing,

i have maintained simple pricing procedure, design is as below:

Basic Price -

XXXXX

Gross Price -

Discounts (3)------- XXXX

Gross discount -

Freight (1) -

XXX

Net value b4 tax ---XXXX

Tax(1) -

XXXX

Net value after tax -

Cost -

XXX

Profit Margin -

XXXX.

Here profit margin (AltCype-11) derived by (net value b4 tax - cost), it should be (net value after tax - cost).

pleaz let me know , where am missing?

Hi

If you calculate profit margin from Netvalue after tax - cost

The profit margin also includes the tax amount which is actually not the profit to our company and has to be paid as tax.

I do not know the scenario for which you are trying.

Thanks,

Ravi

Hi,

For this change, just enter the step number of the value after tax in the from field of the profit margin.

see if this works out.

every condition type has a step number and a counter number.

enter the step number of the value after tax to the from to field in the profit margin value.

regards,

Siddharth.
