synchronization of java with abab

How can we syncronize java system with abap. please let me know the transactiona and procedure for that.

What i understood from your topic here is :

You want to have the J2EE System Compatible to ABAP system i.e the J2EE Should be connected to the ABAP system rt? If yes, then during the j2ee engine installation you may provide the credentials to connect to ABAP.

Note : ABAP Kernel should always be upgraded first before you try any installation. System depending components may fail later.

Or..

You want to install an ADD_IN system with J2EE as well as ABAP system.

Is that your problem?

If none of these let us know in detail what exactly your issue here..

still don't get your question... how they became un-synchronized?

You have to configure the java and abap side as suggested in the installation guides...
