ERROR DB_file_status: wrong status of ...

Hello,

we get now 4 days a backup error about the wrong status of a datafile ... it's not every backup error the same datafile, it's different.

Here are the error:

  • 04/01/08 10:09:46 savegrp: server1:/nsr/nsrora/XXX/XXX_full_save failed.

  • server1: /nsr/nsrora/XXX/XXX_full_save level=full, 4 KB 00:00:18 8 files

  • server1:/nsr/nsrora/XXX/XXX_full_save ERROR: save_db pid 15061 exited with status 19

  • server1:/nsr/nsrora/XXX/XXX_full_save ERROR DB_file_status: wrong status of '/oracle/XXX/sapdata15/poold_4/poold.data4' status <ONLINE>

  • server1:/nsr/nsrora/XXX/XXX_full_save WARNING: call_log_cmd: " not executable!

  • Monitor +++ ReturnCode from NetWorker savegrp Command = 256

I found in the DB Alertfile the changing of the status of the Tablespace:

Tue Apr 1 08:08:26 2008

alter tablespace PSAPPOOLD begin backup

Tue Apr 1 08:08:27 2008

Completed: alter tablespace PSAPPOOLD begin backup

.

.

Tue Apr 1 10:08:19 2008

alter tablespace PSAPPOOLD end backup

Tue Apr 1 10:08:20 2008

Completed: alter tablespace PSAPPOOLD end backup

Tue Apr 1 10:09:01 2008

Did anybody knows a solution to show the changing of the datafile status to "begin backup"? - i don't know anything at this time about a history of the changing the status of a datafile.

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Markus

You have configured a command in the client on the networker that is not existing or is not exectuable. check, what you have configured there.
