Shopping cart error in process

Hi all! I am working in SRM 4.0 and I have a shopping cart with status Error in process.

When I go to Monitor Shopping Cart and select Status Error in transmission, here is the shopping cart that I am using.

I want to see the specific error in the system, why this shopping cart fail! but when I go to transaction RZ20 and I don´t see this shopping cart here, and in web transaction Application Monitors I can´t see this shopping cart with erroneus status.

What can I do? I need to see why this shopping cart fails!

In this case, the system throws this message: "Shopping cart has errors"

Where can I see what is the error?

Hi Rosa,

SRM gives this kind of error if it does not find any of the basic attribute (in organisation structure) for the employee who is creating the SC.

e.g. plant, Co code

will not be shown in RZ20 or application motiors as the SC is not saved.

pl. check the employee has the required attributes via inheritance from above levels or maintained at his position.

He is properly assigned in the org structure and has correct roles in SU01.

Hi Dinesh, I can see shopping cart now in web transaction via Application Monitors.

But error that system shows is:

Shopping cart has errors, but don´t tell what is the error.

Hi,

If you are using backend products for SC

just try creating a PR in ECC with the same details.

If you can see the SC in appln monitors

SRM can tell you whether it is local or BE error

If it is local SRM is not getting some data required

IF it is BE error ECC is not able to give the req data at real time by RFC to SRM

Hi Dinesh, how can I see if the error is BE or local?

If I try to redirect item for shopping cart again by Application Monitors system throws same error: Shopping cart has errors.... I can do a PR in the system with this items without problems.

When you check monitors for shopping cart

It gives you options like

Display all, Backend appln error, Local error, .............

you need to check where your SC is failing.

Alternatively

in SAP GUI go to TXN BBP_PD

choose object type BUS2121

give yr sc no as object no

flag X for "check doc" & "find alert"

and try to find the error at the last part of output.

Hello Dinesh, when I see transaction BBP_PD with my SC, the output doesn´t show any problems...

Messages are about delivery date, there is no problems with this.

Alerts are empty.

I tried to run function module BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER but SC is still on same status: Error in transmission.

When I see table for errors in transaction BBP_PD I have this:

Ok! I solved my problem with another trhead... I had to run function module BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL or BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER to put this shopping cart in the backend....
